Online Purchase
Eurocity only accepts Credit card payments for orders placed on our e-commerce platform. Any orders placed by you on eurocitymalta.com constitute a binding agreement by you to conclude the purchase with Eurocity. The binding purchase agreement comes into affect only when Eurocity accepts your order on the Website and a confirmation e-mail is sent to your email address. Delivery will be effected exclusively to the address specified during the order. You will receive prompt email notifications prior and post the delivery. If a delivery fails, a second (free) delivery is scheduled at your convenience.
Product availability
Eurocity goes to great length to ensure our inventory is promptly update and correct. However, occasionally the item purchased is not available when we attempt to fulfill attempt your order. In such circumstances, you will be advised via email and refund will be effected to the card used for the purchase.
Reservations and exceptions
Eurocity takes great care in ensuring all information on our site is correct. Occasionally there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Returns of online purchases
Eurocity accepts back any items purchased from our online store eurocitymalta.com provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days from delivery date along with proof of purchase (receipt)
- Item must be unopened and intact, with all packaging and/or tags so that it is in a re-saleable condition.
- Item is returned to our retail store, Eurocity in Birkirkara

Faulty Items
In the event that an item you purchased from eurocitymalta.com proves faulty, please return the item to our retail store, Eurocity in Birkirkara to be inspected.
We reserve the right to check and test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
Refunds
A refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Typically refund is processed and effected within 3 to 10 working days.
